How To Build a Strong Healthy Relationship (part 1)



It is true that many are in relationship and it is also true that not every know how to build a healthy relationship. A thriving, healthy relationship is absolutely within your reach if you and your partner are willing to do a bit of work. To learn how to build a healthy relationship, here is how to start nurturing your bond


Take responsibility for your own happiness: it not up to any to make you happy, you can choose to be in relationship with this person and derive joy and happiness from it, but it is not your partner responsibility to dig you out of pit every day .

Make good on your words: follow through your promises, when you say you are going to do something, do it. Don't say you are going to get a present and blow it off or simply forget about it. What this does is systematically destroy trust and relationship need trust in order to thrive.

Admit your mistake: if you know you have done something to hurt your partner intentionally or not, own up to it. Humble yourself and apologize sincerely, without making excuse or justification like " I am sorry but you made me angry".


Be Realistic: what make a relationship healthy is choosing to resolve matter and push through hard days,instead of just letting issue and resettlement faster.

show your affection:
There is different between knowing that you loved and the feelings that you are loved. Sometimes we bank that our partner should know that we love them even when we don't show it. Don't rely on too much. Best relationship use affection to show love.
